These terms govern your use of Instant, provided by SleepyCatApps. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Instant lets you take photos, apply visual styles and decorate local prints with frames, drawings, stamps and stickers. Core photo functions work offline. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and respecting the privacy, consent and intellectual property rights of other people.
Do not use the app to create or distribute unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights or interfere with the app’s operation.
You retain your rights in your photos and original drawings. Using Instant does not transfer ownership of your content to SleepyCatApps or give us permission to publish it.
You may save, share and use the decorated photos you create, including photos containing the bundled frames, stamps and stickers. This permission does not allow you to extract and sell or redistribute the bundled artwork as a separate asset collection.
SleepyCatApps and its licensors retain rights in the app, branding and bundled artwork. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them within the app and in your finished photos as described above. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
The current free version offers three captures per day, the STD and B&W filters, Standard and Frameless frames, and the first two designs in each stamp and sticker collection. Other listed features may require Instant Pro.
If you choose to buy Pro, the store’s displayed price and purchase conditions apply. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Mandatory consumer, cancellation and refund rights are not limited by these terms.
Your captures and edits are stored on your device. Keep separate copies of photos you want to preserve. App deletion, device loss, storage problems or changes to device backup settings may affect availability. Deleting an app memory does not remove copies you have already exported or shared.
If you choose to share a photo, send email or use a device backup service, that provider’s terms and policies apply to its handling of your data. SleepyCatApps does not control those services. Our Privacy policy explains how the current version handles information.
We aim to keep Instant useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or recovery of lost photos. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Features and these terms may change in future versions. Updated terms will show a new effective date. You may stop using the app at any time. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired under applicable law.
