Terms of Use (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the MultiTools application (the "App").

By downloading or using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the App.

This Agreement is a legal document between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Sleepy Cat Apps ("we," "us," or "our") and it governs your use of the App made available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

1. Acknowledgement

You and Sleepy Cat Apps acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Sleepy Cat Apps only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Sleepy Cat Apps, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.

2. License Grant

Sleepy Cat Apps grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable App Store or Google Play Store Terms of Service.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.

• Copy or use the App for any purpose other than as permitted under the above section "License Grant."

• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Sleepy Cat Apps or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features through In-App Purchases (processed via RevenueCat).

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Sleepy Cat Apps.

6. Maintenance and Support

Sleepy Cat Apps is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in this Agreement, or as required under applicable law. You and Sleepy Cat Apps acknowledge that Apple or Google has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SLEEPY CAT APPS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE APP, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable); and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple or Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SLEEPY CAT APPS OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

9. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
